The Hurley Recreation Association mourns the loss of Sandra K. Fiore, a cherished former member and lifelong supporter who touched countless lives with her kindness and generosity. Sandra's love for our Hurley community was evident in everything she did, and her legacy will continue to inspire us. In honor of her memory and at the family's request, we are accepting donations in lieu of flowers to help fund a memorial bench that will serve as a lasting tribute to Sandra's beautiful spirit and dedication to our town. Our hearts go out to the Fiore family during this difficult time.

The Hurley Recreation Association, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit organization that is funded entirely through membership dues and donations. Our board of directors is made up solely of volunteers and our members volunteer their time to run programs and maintain the facilities.
At the Hurley Recreation Association, our mission is to provide a safe, friendly and respectful place for members and visitors to gather in the spirit of cooperation, relaxation, good will, fun, outdoor activity and friendly competition. The Hurley Rec, or simply The Rec, is a welcoming place for everyone to build lasting friendships and happy memories, with a special focus on promoting water safety and swimming skills.
